Welcome to nasa4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and nasa4d ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of our online betting platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing our website at nasa4d.cam, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an account.
These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability to you and require you to resolve disputes with us through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. Your continued use of nasa4d signifies your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

By registering for an Account on nasa4d, accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content and implications, and consent to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nasa4d regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior oral or written understandings, communications, or agreements.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may notify you via email or through a notification on our Platform. Your continued use of our Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue using our Services and close your Account.
Access to and use of nasa4d Services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to create an Account and use our Services. Online gambling is prohibited for minors, and we take age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or other incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of our Services is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not accept Players from jurisdictions where online betting is illegal or where our operations would violate local laws.
You may register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all funds.
Your Account is for personal entertainment use only. You may not use our Services for professional gambling purposes, commercial activities, or on behalf of any third party. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another person.
To access our Services, you must complete the registration process by creating an Account on the nasa4d Platform. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
You must provide the following information during registration: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, valid email address, active phone number, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia including city (such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Semarang, Palembang, or Makassar), and a secure password. All information must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
Before you can make your first withdrawal, you must complete our KYC verification process. You will be required to submit copies of valid identification documents including your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. We may request additional documentation at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal privileges being suspended until verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username, password, and any other security information. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify nasa4d if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account if such use occurred before you notified us of the security breach.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any activity that undermines the integrity of our Platform. Restricted categories include self-excluded individuals, employees of nasa4d and their immediate family members, individuals with outstanding debts to our Platform, and persons previously banned for Terms violations.
Financial transactions on nasa4d are governed by the following terms and conditions.
You may deposit funds into your Account using approved payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment source registered in your own name matching your Account details. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees.
Deposits are typically processed instantly for BCA and BRI transfers during banking hours. Other banks including BNI and Mandiri may take 15-30 minutes, while CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon may require 1-4 hours depending on their internal processing times. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays including Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Christmas, and other national holidays when banks have reduced operating hours. Deposits are credited to your Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You may request withdrawals of your Account balance at any time, subject to KYC verification completion, minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50,000, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in your name matching your verified Account information. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes to 24 hours for BCA and BRI, 1-2 hours for BNI and Mandiri, 2-4 hours for CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP, and 4-24 hours for Bank Danamon and other banks.
Standard Accounts have a maximum withdrawal limit of Rp 100,000,000 per day. VIP tier members (Bronze, Silver, Gold) enjoy higher or unlimited withdrawal limits based on their membership level. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments processed over several days for security and financial management purposes.
nasa4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or processing charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
We maintain strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. You may not use nasa4d for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and reserve the right to request additional documentation, freeze accounts, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent our Platform from being used as a money transfer service.
nasa4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players as determined by nasa4d at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to exclude certain Players from promotional offers, particularly those suspected of bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover requirements) which must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotional offer's terms.
While a bonus is active on your Account, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 50,000 per spin or bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus wagering requirements are active may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings. Bonuses have expiration dates, typically 7-30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account after the expiration date.
We employ sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, betting patterns designed to guarantee profits (arbitrage betting), collusion with other players, and any other activity that gives an unfair advantage or is inconsistent with the spirit of the promotional offer. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and Accounts permanently closed.
Your use of betting and gaming services on nasa4d is subject to the following rules and restrictions.
All bets are subject to acceptance by nasa4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect the bet is placed by a professional gambler, syndicate, or with insider knowledge. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by you or by us except in cases of obvious error as determined at our sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nasa4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, bet voiding, fund confiscation, and permanent ban.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nasa4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. nasa4d does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall nasa4d, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, third-party conduct on our Platform, or any other matter relating to our Services. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the twelve months preceding the claim.
nasa4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, wars, riots, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, telecommunications failures, strikes, or any other force majeure events.
Either you or nasa4d may terminate your Account in accordance with the provisions below.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through live chat. Upon closure request, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. Once your Account is closed, you may not reopen it or create a new Account without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, exhibited problematic gambling behavior, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination by us, we will refund any remaining balance in your Account minus any amounts owed to us, unless termination was due to fraudulent activity or Terms violations, in which case we reserve the right to confiscate all funds.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including provisions regarding intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of nasa4d Services shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury and is subject to limited review by courts. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in a mutually agreed location or via video conference.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against nasa4d.
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Additionally, nasa4d retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
